We're back!
This week's episode features my conversation with former Ring of Honor staple, and one of the longest tenured members of the Embassy, Ernie Osiris. This is a fun conversation, and features talk of a lot of different artists, but it's clear that Ernie has his foots firmly planted in hip hop and rap. In addition to being a fun conversation, we talk about some real issues. Specifically, those of Ernie's struggles with addiction, and how music can be a trigger for that.
Thanks to Ernie for coming on the show, and thank you for downloading!

Thanks for downloading Hit My Music! This week's episode is a special episode, as I've gathered four additional wrestling content creators to talk about one of our favorite genres of music, ska. Ed from Pod Van Dam, Chris and Matt from The A Show, and Peter DeLonge from Peter DeLonge Talks on YouTube (links below) have joined me for a really fun discussion.
We discuss our favorite ska bands, favorite ska albums, how Christian ska kept the genre alive, what bands are not necessarily our cups of tea, and a whole bunch of other nonsense. We even find out that Ed, unsurprisingly, has never heard of Serpico. There are a handful of really fun and interesting stories centered around ska scenes, and it's just a generally good time.

You may have seen this week's guest on AEW programming, or all over promotions that have been affiliated with IWTV during his career. He is the champion of the 1%, Logan Easton Laroux.
In my discussion with Logan, we talk about trying to play the drums, uncles with massive cd collections, and Soundcloud rappers. We also discuss the theme songs that he's used throughout multiple phases of his career, including one that sounds suspiciously like a WWF theme from the early 90s.

Thanks so much for downloading this episode of Hit My Music. My guest this week is none other than the Broadsword of Nazmaldun himself, Hallowicked. He graciously allowed me, the one known as Swinetooth, to interview him about all things music.
In our conversation, we talk about the magical properties of music, and those who make it. We talk about music that makes the best soundtrack for chasing down campers, and the post-chase relaxation. We talk about boom boxes being left in the woods of Sleepy Hollow, and the bonus uses of D batteries. We also talk about heavy nonsense, and authoritarian garbage.
In the second half of the show, we go through the entrance themes that Hallowicked has used throughout the years, which leads to discussions of theme songs that Eddie Kingston hates, wrestlers who buy a lot of movie soundtracks, and Hallowicked gives his thoughts on the late Larry Sweeney.

Episode 7 was a wild one. In a completely different way, episode 8 is just as wild. My guest this week is The Wrestling Genius, Daniel Makabe. He doesn't have the manic energy of Wes Barkley, but he does have an eclectic taste, and quite a musical journey. Whether it's starting out listening to Aerosmith, starting a Neutral Milk Hotel cover band, or making his own original music in multiple projects, Daniel certainly covers a lot of ground, musically.

In this conversation, we talk about a variety of topics, including the CanCon law in Canada, getting bands to play covers they weren't planning to play, and ill fated co-headlining tours...when you were really only there to see the opening act.
You can find Daniel all over the internet. Check him and his music out in the following places:
